New tx installation

This is a new site, for the MF transmitter of Radio Panj, an Asian community-of-interest station for Coventry. EMRP is 40W, transmitter is a Broadcast Electronics unit. Antenna is a 30m grounded tower, shunt-fed, with the shunt extended away from the side of the tower to increase bandwidth.
