December 2021

Blackburn's 102.2 entered service on 23rd January 2020, operating from what was Dukes Cars but now appears to be TSN Motors. The site name hasn't changed from Ofcom's perspective and it is still listed as Dukes Cars. The site is on a hill from which most of Blackburn can be seen. Power output is 50W vertical.

The transmitter is actually on the building to the right of TSN Motors, which was The Dog Inn pub on Revidge Road. All signage appeared to have gone on the day of my visit.

The close up of the broadcast aerial.

From the transmission site, on Dukes Brow looking to the south east towards Blackburn town centre.
