| Cinque Ports Radio is a community radio station that serves the Romney Marsh area of Kent. Their antenna appears to be on top of the 14th-century St George's Church. The station went on air in January 2020. Transmissions are in mono probably due to the fact that coverage at the 54dB level is restricted by interference. The FM band is rather crowded in this area of Kent with France Culture on 99.9 MHz from Boulogne and Radio 6 on 100.4 MHz from Calais. According to their web site they will add a relay for Rye on 95.1MHz in the future. |
