This is the Dudley transmitter for Black Country Radio, and one of the Dudley and Stourbridge small scale DAB transmitters. Both on air in 2022. The other site is at St. Michaels Brierley Hill.

The DAB antenna (left), seems to point north, and the FM antenna (right), north east. I assume the dish is part of a feed?
