Comments: Brinscall is a relay of Winter Hill

Brinscall covers the villages of Brinscall and Withnell which are only about 8km north of Winter Hill but in a steep sided valley screened by Anglezarke Moor. The Winter Hill mast can be seen from the highest parts of these villages.

Brinscall was originally an IBA landlord site which entered service in July 1986.
