Totley Rise was originally a BBC landlord site which entered service in June 1980 to serve 1200 people. Channel 4 was added on 26-Dec-1986. In 1998 the ERP was increased from 12W to 80W to offset CCI from interim DTT from both Sheffield and Emley Moor.
