Comments: Benagh is a relay of Divis (via Kilkeel and Killowen Mountain)

This site wins two prizes - first for being the most Southerly Tx in N Ireland and second for having the lowest aerial height in the province - just 44m AOD).

As you can see from the images the Rx aerial is vertically polarised.

Benagh entered service during July 1980, with Channel 4 from May 1987. DSO was on 10th and 24th October 2012.
