November 2005

There are several masts in this area and, adding to the confusion, this one is known locally as Dehommed, and identified as such on the site signage, however we firmly believe this to be Leitrim!

Leitrim was a late addition to the UHF TV transmitter network, entering service in 1991. At digital switchover in 2012, Leitrim was given a significant ERP boost from 63W to 200W.

The transmit aerials comprise 4 tiers of crossed log periodics, which point roughly southeast and southwest.

Divis receive aerial.
