Bangor March 2012 - local radio antenna addition

Recent addition to the UHF relay at Bangor is local radio on 102.5 MHz. The site is called Bryansburn Lane by Ofcom which serves a dip in coverage that neither Divis or Black Mountain can cover.

Bangor uses the same frequency as Carnmoney Hill which provides same service to Newtownabbey. Ofcom technical parameters have the local radio service running 80 watts ERP which will be from the slanted antenna just below the UHF crossed log TV antenna at the top.
