Comments: Saltdean is a relay of Whitehawk Hill

June 2006

The aerial group on Saltdean was E or W due to the wide channel spacings before DSO, but is now C/D.

The bird scarer on the pole on this one appears to be a close relation of the one on neighbouring Ovingdean!

UHF TV channels 1 - 3 went into service on 4th March 1983. Channel 4 was added in May 1983. Once Channel 4 was added at the parent site at Whitehawk Hill.

DSO 7th and 21st March 2012.

Brighton (Whitehawk Hill) | Ovingdean
