Comments: Tullich is a TV relay of Durris and a network FM relay of Meldrum. Pre B700 allocations: 50/59/55. Transmitted ILR NECR on 101.9 MHz until August 2018.

Tullich, in the Dee Valley north of the A93, one of my favourite roads, and is near one of my favourite towns Ballater. The mass of Lochnagar is seen clearly from the site.

Originally a BBC landlord site, TV channels 1 - 3 entered service on 5th August 1977, with Channel 4 from January 1987. DSO was on 1st and 15th September 2010.

BBC FM radio was added on 18th November 1983, with Radio's 1 & 4 from 6th December 1993. ILR (NECR) entered service on 16th December 2003.

This site is now included in the Update List for the following reason:
Detailed photos needed, and BBC DAB added March 2015, antenna agl 50 m, UHF tx aerial replaced May 2018
