...and now the infrared spectrum Ian comments: "A good example of the First Law of Thermodynamics - energy can not be created or destroyed. It can be transferred between states but never with 100% transfer. Image taken using a Fluke Ti400 thermal imaging camera measuring wavelengths between 7um to 15um (long wave infrared). Some of the RF energy can clearly be seen being lost to thermal energy since the antenna arrays are not (cannot be) 100% efficient." |
