Comments: Abercraf is a relay of Carmel

Originally a BBC landlord site, TV channels 1 - 3 entered service on 3rd September 1976, with S4C available from the launch on 1st November 1982. DSO was on the 26th August and 23rd September 2009.

David Neale: I spent a weekend in South Wales and went back to the waterfall, so I got some better site shots for you of the Abercraf relay.

I give advice to any budding mast spotter within this area to visit the nearby Henrhyd Falls.
A fantastic waterfall within less than a mile from the transmitter site.

Since David was there it would seem that someon'e been using the signage for target practice.

Receive log periodic pointing at Carmel on the left, above the SHF antenna.
