This TV relay is very well hidden from view by trees. In fact I wonder whether the transmit aerials are not obscured by these trees from the intended service area. Time for Arqiva to break out the chain saw? Balnaguard was originally a BBC landlord site which entered service in September 1988 using a 17m wooden pole. This has subsequently been replaced with a triangular tower for site sharers.

OK. The Balnaguard TV relay is supposed to be around here somewhere according to the map grid reference.

About another 100m up the hill and here it is.
