I couldn't get to this site, the access road is narrow and private through stable buildings and locked gates. I chose not to venture further and instead parked up on the road in the valley near Llanfyllin, and took some long lens shots of the site. TV is from 8 Panels, FM from 4 slant aerials. TV Rx can be seen through the mast.
Originally an IBA landlord site, TV channels 1 - 3 entered service on 27th May 1977, with S4C available from the launch on 1st November 1982. DSO was on 4th November and 3rd December 2009.
BBC national FM radio was added on 13th May 1985, with Radio's 1 & 4 from early 1993.
