Dolybont was originally a BBC landlord site which entered service on 15-May-1981, with S4C from June 1984. Services were transferred to a new tower on 15-Aug-2002.

The four vertical logs on the left transmit to the northeast, on the right the four crossed logs transmit roughly to the south and west.
