| Sat 20-Nov-2010: What a difference a day makes. It was a generally misty morning and low cloud makes any mast work impossible. Everybody stands around keeping their fingers crossed for an improvement in the weather. |
| Eventually, early in the afternoon, patience was rewarded with the cloud lifting and the riggers started to ascend the mast at 2.30pm. The old cylinder was successfully removed an hour later and the riggers completed the preparatory work for accepting the mast-to-antenna adaptor metalwork before the light failed. |
