Comments: Llangollen UHF is a relay of Moel-y-Parc (via Corwen). Pre B700 allocations: 58/49/54.

Llangollen UHF is separate from the VHF main station transmitter. However, this site started life in July 1968 as a
BBC 1, 405-line transmitter, on VHF channel 1. UHF TV on 3 channels commenced on 27th April 1979, with S4C available from the November 1982 launch. This smaller UHF Relay is on Geraint or Barbers Hill Just above the town and is visible from way down the Dee Valley
