Show historic services

Set beside the very scenic River Lea, this site started out broadcasting Viva 963, launching on the 3rd July 1995. In May 1996 the station was sold to Mohammed Al Fayed, owner of Harrods and chairman of Fulham Football Club, who renamed the station Liberty Radio. A second transmitter at Glade Lane on 972 kHz, was added in January 1998 to serve West London. As of September 2018, the service transmitted on 963 kHz is now Sunrise Radio.

This site also transmitted London Turkish Radio on 1584kHz from August 1995. During 2015 this became Panjab Radio and in February 2017 the transmitter was relocated to Sewardstone.
