There is also what is believed to be a Coastguard transmitter on the hilltop with the BBC transmitter site alongside. The white building used by the Coastguard is possibly part of a WWII RAF Tx / Rx site - there is another building lower down the hill with the base of a tower. There is also a tower base and various concrete bases around the hilltop and more bases of buildings down the track.
