Mark says, of the photo above: Here you can see a cable of some kind, showing the full extent of the wind conditions on that day. The cable was attached just below the UHF TV capping cylinder. It swung a good 10-20 feet from usual, pulling away from the vertical line of the mast. It sums up the power of the wind
