New UHF receive aerial - May 2022

For 700 MHz band clearance, Haslingden has a new UHF receive aerial due to the channel changes at the parent site Winter Hill. The channel changes were implemented in August 2020. The lower trough receive aerial has been replaced by a panel.

The new receive panel has replaced the lower trough.

No change to the band II and band III radio transmit aerials.

A glimpse inside the feed point was afforded due to one of the fence planks having fallen away.

Nearby is the Haslingden Halo. Also a convenient free car park. This structure is lit up at night.
