The St. Briavels Tx site lies to the north of the village and further down the hill. There are no signs or notices of any kind. The transmit aerials point west across the Wye valley and serves the villages on the Welsh side of the river such as Llandogo and Cleddon. It appears not to be used by the residents of St. Briavels village, as they seem to get good reception from Ridge Hill, being on top of the plateau above the valley. This former IBA landlord site entered service on 13th October 1983.
