BBC, Digital One and Lancashire DAB entered service on 31st June 2016.


The Blackpool towers. One more familiar than the other.




Two tiers of band III dipoles in front of a screen for DAB transmit. The tower looks like it could do with a bit of rust treatment. Coastal locations can be quite a corrosive environment.

GPS cone receive aerials, just visible through the fencing. My camera has unfortunately auto focused on the fence.
