Show historic services

The weather in mid-February 2010 was really variable - snow, rain, bright sunshine, rainbows. We tried really hard, starting from the Lochgoilhead relay and trying to climb upwards.

We gave up, drove down to Carrick Castle in search of access, or even just a glimpse. Nothing.

Then, as we headed north, my girlfriend said: "there's something up there...". So here is the best we could do.

We can just see solar panel arrays and a group of antennas pointing downwards to the relay at the edge of the loch below. The rx antennas on Darvel should be facing roughly towards the camera and hence not really visible.
