Southend TE is a replacement site for Maitland House, which is being redeveloped. Ofcom data indicates the relocation was in November 2019. Band II FM radio transmit remains a Lindenblad array, while DAB is now two tiers of staggered band III dipoles. Unlike Maitland House, Southend TE also transmits the three national DAB multiplexes. Most likely as low powered ACI fillers.

From the front the DAB dipoles on the centre pole are square on, so not that visible.

The three element band II receive aerial is pointing west towards Benfleet for the Heart FM programme feed.

Further round and the band III DAB dipoles become clearly visible.

Note the GPS cone aerials on the two small poles either side.
