In January 2020, Bolton FM relocated their transmitter from The Cube over to Dove Mill to extend coverage across the entire borough. Dove Mill is 40 metres higher than their previous transmission site, furthermore Bolton FM's power was increased to 100 watts to extend coverage, and it can now be heard over large areas of Greater Manchester.

[Ed] A rather unusual arrangement for transmit with a 4 element vertical yagi and an angled folded dipole. Ofcom data does indicate both a vertical and horizontal component to the transmissions. I suspect that the horizontal folded dipole and the bottom is a band I STL receive aerial. This was also used for the programme feed at Bolton FM's previous Tx site at The Cube.
