This small relay is Rothesay Town. It stands just to the back of Rothesay and covers an area that cannot get signal well from the main Rothesay relay on the mainland, which is presumably the station it takes its feed from.

Rothesay Town was originally an IBA landlord site which entered service in July 1980 to serve 1100 people. Channel 4 was added on 5-Jun-1987.
