New UHF receive aerial - August 2024

The UHF receive trough aerial has been replaced at Porth due to the 700 MHz band clearance channel changes at the parent site, Ferndale.

The new UHF receive panel aerial.

The UHF transmit aerial. The panels are facing roughly northwest and southwest. Compared with the earlier pictures, the panel top right (southwest facing), has been removed.

Round the other side are these 4 toed-in log periodics facing approximately east.

The band II FM radio transmit panels. There are panels on all 4 sides, although there is an unequal power divide.

Band II receive. The log periodic on the left is on Wenvoe. The Yagi on the right faces Wenallt and is now redundant.
