This site has remained on the hit list until now. Originally an IBA landlord site, TV channels 1 - 3 entered service on 11th August 1983, with Channel 4 from October 1983, when the parent site, Ridge Hill commenced Channel 4 transmissions. DSO was on 6th and 20th April 2011.

The 4 tiers of logs on the left are pointing north-west towards Peterchurch, while the 2 on the right point south-east towards various hamlets along the Golden Valley.

Peterchurch is in England, but not far from the Welsh border. I believe the Arqiva maintenance base for this site is at Wenvoe, which probably explains the sign.
