This new home for 7 Waves was undergoing refurbishment, along with most of the other blocks in the Wirral area which weren't scheduled for demolition. The antenna arrangement appears to be unchanged from that formerly in place at Bidston. The station has subsequently been renamed to Wirral Radio and transmissions moved to Bidston Lighthouse.

The 7 Waves antenna is on the right hand block. Fortunately the detailed shot below is a bit more successful

As at Bidston mixed polarisation is provided from separate horizontal and vertical radiators Paul Andersson adds: 7 Waves is the Community station for the Wirral area of Merseyside. Their existing transmission site 'Melrose Heights' was demolished in January 2012. The transmission kit relocation was simply a switch off and dash to the new site with a 6 hour down time.
